Very good

The last 2 nurse that Ive met recently, gave me better information.

Could do with more information about the appointment as I was told I have a meeting with the doctor for a face to face talk. But ended up speaking with the nurses.

I have been trying to get an appointment for the last couple of months , but have failed to get an appointment.
Even though I have rang up early yet no appointments.

Sort out your system, because it’s ridiculous

Appointments and doctor call banks are punctual most times
As I have commented previously – there should be a telephone option for cancellations and general enquiries
At present the 2 options – for sick note and appointment are not sufficient – these extra options will allow the practice to enhance its offers more more appointments especially if. Thd cancellations are actioned promptly

Neither good nor poor

Every time I ask for face to face I can’t get they Appoiment

I can’t feel Appointments on line my self and no family help ,
Phone call take me 1hr to speak with reception
