Neither good nor poor | Whenever I call and speak to reception, they are not helpful. They sometimes give confusing updates for my mum.
They called my sister about my mum. And when she called they told her that she is not authorised to talk as her name was not on record. So why call her.
Then reception checked and said ok the name was on record. But when speaking to the GP he said she is not on record and can’t discuss about mum.
This has happened so many times.
Surgery must have all updates on their records.

Very poor | – unfriendly receptionists
-can never get an appointment
-long wait time to be seen by a doctor
– last time I went there was unprofessionalism from a doctor and a nurse badmouthing another staff member
-no hand sanitiser throughout
| -have appointments available
-have nurses available. What’s the point of having diabetic nurses that only work till 4 when most people finish work after 4?!
-have GPs listen to your problem rather than always “try these antibiotics and if it doesn’t help come back” fully knowing it’s hard to get an appointment
-have receptionists available! The amount of times there’s nobody at the desk
-have friendly receptionists
-less waiting time on the phone
-no sense of emergency at this surgery
