Very poor | Every time I ring the receptionists are so rude and intimidating when speaking with me. They talk to me like I’m thick and don’t understand anything. This is not professional and I think you need to train your staff to be more polite and considerate of peoples situations that they are going through! Darshna Verma in specific was very rude to me and I did not appreciate her tone of voice at all. | I think you need to train your staff to be more helpful and polite. Good | Room for improvements… once you miss a tel call from the practice, very difficult to call back and speak to someone as we have to wait in a queue… calls from practice for results or so on the patient should be able to call and speak to a named person again without having to wait.. | Opportunity for the patient to call a named person again with a telephone number so that they do not have to wait in queue.
