Very poor | 27th Feb felt very poorly late in evening. Rang Glenfield hospital as l was told. Because it was late, was informed to see my GP first thing in the morning. Rang Spinney Hill Medical Centre at 8am. Informed reception it was critical to see doctor. Told no doctor was available, will call if any cancellation. Very poor | I got diagnosed with MRSA needed some antibiotics I was a 111 referral yet the surgery said clearly, we didn’t have a telephone number which I think is appalling I also work for NHS and I know all the procedures that take place. I have the full recording of the diabolical conversation. She said she was sorry but clearly it does not cut it as I was then put last on the list. When I was a priority call. Dr jaffa didn’t call just send a message that the surgery had called. It was awful behaviour negligence on surgery part. | Have someone educated that knows how to treat patients with respect.
