Very poor

There’s always no appointments with your chosen family doctor. There’s always new ones and some which are still training. Most of the time the appointments are booked by the time we get through even though we ring bang on 8. Not all the receptionist are friendly or helpful, There’s only the odd one or two.

First of all stop taking new patients just so you get the funding by the government.
Improve the training of your receptionist on how to talk to patients.
Get the old Dr’s available like Dr Raj & Dr Joshi. We always get told they on phone calls only, emergencies or no appointment available.
You shouldn’t have to always ask what the problem is as most things are personal and not everybody likes to share.

Have to call multiple times for appointment to book blood test .Started calling from March and managed to get appointment in the month of May.
Most of the days start calling from 08:00 am but the time we reach to no 1 in queue after waiting for around one hour phone gets disconnected. And when we call back and able to get with operators to book appointment around 10.00ie continuous calling from 8.00 we cannot get appointment on the day or even on next day. We have to continue calling every day. Unfortunately not all the time call back is helpful as we receive missed calls without receiving ring. Very hard to book appointment.

There should be different option to book blood test appointment and general enquiry. There should be less waiting time in queue. Appointment should also be booked for next day or future dates via phone if on the day all the appointments are booked.

Reason for this to see a dr. We all had experience from.8.00am we start ringing. By the time we get through the receptionist after hour all the appointment gone .you ring next day same thing .when I want to see Dr.when person is not well.you get precooked appointment after two.to three weeks. I think it’s not fair on patients. Need to improve on answering phone .with in 5 minutes. Like all other organisations.the surgery should only take the patients that surgery can manage. If you travel you can only sit 5 passengers. You cannot fit 6th one.

As I said you have more patients. Then the dr .or staff
Improvement answering telephone calls. Allthe other surgeries have the system answering phone calls less then 5 ring
