Very poor | There’s always no appointments with your chosen family doctor. There’s always new ones and some which are still training. Most of the time the appointments are booked by the time we get through even though we ring bang on 8. Very poor | Have to call multiple times for appointment to book blood test .Started calling from March and managed to get appointment in the month of May. | There should be different option to book blood test appointment and general enquiry. Very poor | Reason for this to see a dr. We all had experience from.8.00am we start ringing. By the time we get through the receptionist after hour all the appointment gone .you ring next day same thing .when I want to see Dr.when person is not well.you get precooked appointment after two.to three weeks. I think it’s not fair on patients. Need to improve on answering phone .with in 5 minutes. Like all other organisations.the surgery should only take the patients that surgery can manage.
