When we get an appointment either phone or personal appointment, the doctors are very polite and happy to help.

Sometime we have to wait for an hour for receptionist to pick our phone calls

Because when ever I ring to take appointment the reception is very rude and not giving the appointment

Doctor are good but reception person should be change and people are not calling for make a joke because they are call to resolves they problem and reception person are thinking that they doing

I sometimes don’t get an appointment even when i ring at 08.00am and is told to ring the next day that too without an guarantee that I would get an appointment or not.
System online done have ANY appointments available at any time that I log on to.
I don’t get the doctor I want, its always who the receptionist says.
To only discuss about ONE problem with the doctor when got an appointment and been told by the doctors to make another appointment to discuss about the other things as they don’t have the time and have other patients to see.

I should be able to get an appointment whether i ring at 08.00am or not.
System online should have available appointments to everyone.
To be able to choose which doctor I would want to see or speak to.
To be able to discuss about more than ONE thing with the doctor
Doctors need to make time for patients with more than one problems.
