Neither good nor poor | Ringing through at 8 am and the lines are not open 8:02 and you are 45 in the queue, nearly impossible to get an appointment. Pre-booked appointment is on the receptionist on choice some will book it some says we stopped doing pre-booked appointment | Receptionist needs training on how to use the system and how to talk to patients. Choice should be given to speak to GP of your choice through advanced booking slot and start opening up slots online to book as your receptionist are always on high horses literally demeaning people with language barriers and shouting on the phone | June 4, 2024 at 9:52 am |
