Good | Didn’t have to wait for 45 min for call to be picked up. Instead I could speak to someone within 10min. This call was better than my previous experiences with the surgery. | The call handlers should be trained to be polite. Provide them with customer service training. Most have unhelpful, rude and arrogant attitude. You should noticed on your reception area of which staff members have had medical degrees.
