Very poor	The reception staff is very unprofessional and rude. I don’t think they care about patients health. They talk very rudely as if they are working in an indian or Pakistani office. No manners. Please shut down the surgery if you don’t care about patients. They think they are doctors. Sometimes they make you fool regarding appointment timing.	Hire some professional staff who actually knows the meaning of receptionist. Get more appointments slots available.	July 11, 2024 at 7:01 pm
