There is no off street Parking for normal patients and maj and also especially no disabled people… Reception was very busy but was responsive to asking questions.. understandable she was alittle rude.. there was not much seating in the waiting area too

Private offstreet parking and definitely need for disabled parking close to surgery building.. more seating in waiting area… My observation is that This surgery building is incompatible for the amount of patients this surgery has to handle..

The reception staff can’t seem to get anything right, even after giving them a birth certificate they registered my son incorrectly, if I hadn’t spotted it it would have caused issues on his NHS records as advised by my health visitor. When asked for an appointment for contraceptive I was told I couldn’t have an appointment until a mother and baby check was done and that could be anytime up till 12 weeks and that there wasn’t anyway I could have one without it.

The reception staff need significantly more training and need to have the ability to understand the needs of patients. There are some of us that only call upon doctors for genuine appointments and we are always turned away by the reception staff.
