Very poor | Every time I ring in the morning at 8am I have to wait at least hour or so. For general enquiry staff in the reception not picking up for phone for at least 45 minutes in the afternoon as well. | Need more polite and respectful receptionist. And always need two receptionist at the front as there is only one in the afternoon. Some of the consultants don’t know what they giving to patient either.
