Very poor | I rang for an appointment I didn’t get it as I was on call back! When my phone was answered by then all appointments had gone!! I mentioned to the receptionist that I am on immunocompromised I have very bad wheezing and my pump is finished please could you tell a Docter to ring me so that he can write a prescription for me , the receptionist refused and told me to ring the chemist they can email for you. When I rang my chemist they said this was no good you are weeding so much you can barely breathe she should have given you an appointment! Then the Pharmacist said don’t worry I will email and sort it out for you!! How appallingl is this knowing I was wheezing so much finding it hard to breathe and talk still I didn’t get an appointment it’s very disappointing wasn’t helpful at all | To give an appointment when necessary in emergency knowing and hearing that they are not well should have given me appointment | April 4, 2025 at 1:57 pm |
