Very good | Receptionist was friendly, no waiting time to have the blood test done even though I was a little early. | The following day I went to hand in a urine sample and noticed other receptionists could have shown a bit more compassion towards an elderly male who was asking about booking an appointment. I’ve noticed previously too that some of the receptionists are a little rude towards the vulnerable and people who don’t have english as their first spoken language. | March 13, 2025 at 9:52 am |
