Don’t know | The most annoying thing is trying to see the GP. I explained to the lady who answered the phone that my children had been ill for a week and had various over the counter medicine and home remedies. But she insisted that I speak to the pharmacy. I knew my kids needed antibiotics, she said the pharmacy will prescribe them. When I I spoke to the pharmacist, they said they are unable to prescribe antibiotics to minors. So I had to then get back In touch with the surgery (which is soo tedious) | The receptionist could have given me a go appointment in the first place instead of shifting me from pillar to post. When I or my children get ill, I absolutely hate having to ring the surgery, it is soo stressful and despite the fact that I ring at 8 o’clock on The dot…I can never get through, when I eventually do and get a call back…there are never any available appointments!! | March 5, 2025 at 4:55 pm |
