Very poor | The doctor Dr Patel was extremely amazing. However the receptionist is extremely rude. The receptionist named ‘ Metrabhen’ was the most Rude and ignorant out of all the receptionist. She has a very flippant attitude and lacks empathy. She was speaking to an old man and he was asking about his dr letter that he had requested. Instead listening to the elderly patient and being patient, she ignored him mid sentence and called the next patient – me- to speak to. I stopped her and said that she should finish her conversation with the old man and she shrugged her shoulders and said she can’t do any more so couldn’t be bothered. The poor old man was left standing there with no help or answers. The lady in charge of letters and insurance is just as useless. She called me in telling me the letter was ready and then when I got there she said I still had to wait and would not answer any of my questions properly. Her name is Davika and she is EXTREMELY incompetent and useless | Fire Davika and Metrabhen from the St saviours Road branch in Highfields and give your receptionists training in how to correctly care for patients and how to be empathetic and caring.
