Very poor | I was told by GP on 11th to go to Glenfield hospital for chest X-ray. When I got there I was told there’s no referral from GP. Rang GP from hospital, receptionist tried to help, even hospital staff rang GP but there’s no GP available to do referral. Hence for a patient who is unwell it was three hours very frustrating, disappointing time. | GP should have checked that there’s a recent X-ray referral. | February 11, 2025 at 10:16 pm |
Good | In recent months I have been impressed with the level of service. The reception staff are much more polite than previous and actually listen. I have been able to get an appointment majority of the time. | The only thing is that some follow up calls haven’t been received on time and I have had to chase but every time I have chased I do receive a satisfactory resolution | February 11, 2025 at 10:37 pm |
