Very poor | Very difficult to get GP CALL even if phoning exactly 8am Unpleasant phone operators, 1 tried to give medical advice about when eligible for PROSTATE Test When with chemistr near by on St saviour road, they were practically unable to get me repeat prescriptions due to inadequate service by surgery. I made a complaint in writing about this, it was never relied to. VERY BAD SERVICE | As above | February 11, 2025 at 11:56 am |
Neither good nor poor | Receptionists are abrupt at times. One receptionist told me on the phone that I was so so so so so rude when I told her bye because I was driving. Doctors listen and do a good consultation. Pharmacists and doctors do not re prescribe inhalers when they are needed. | Teach receptionists people skills. Ring patient to see why another inhaler is needed. Exercise gives people asthma attacks. | February 11, 2025 at 11:56 am |

Very poor | Too much faff to get a simple medication | Check with doctor if requested medication is normal for patients even if not on repeat instead of forcing us to call again and again. | February 11, 2025 at 11:58 am |
