Very poor | Had to make an appointment on a referral from 111 and from occupational health who told me to make a face to face appointment as they were concerned about my wellbeing as my health is affecting my work. Had an appointment with occupational health on 12/11/24 and was referred by 111 due to waking up that morning with numb hands on 13/11/24 called several times- went online no appointments available. Finally called through and had to finish work early to attend the surgery. Was informed by the dr mittal I had 10 mins. I didn’t even take my coat off , she could only take 1 issue which was more important. That I had to make another appointment for the other issue. So I had to make another appointment for the 111 referral . On the day my appointment was delayed by more than half an hr. The previous patient was late but seen during my appointment time. Making me late for work as I had only allocated to be off from work for 1 hr.
