Very poor | It is so hard to get an appointment at this GP. You could be dying and they still won’t give you one. They’ll tell you to ring at 8am and even when you ring on the dot and wait 30/45mins on the phone they still tell you they don’t have any appointments. Only when you argue with them all of a sudden appointments are available. It shouldn’t have to be like that. No other surgery is it hard to get an appointment like that. It is only at spinny hill medical centre. Also the lady receptionists are so rude on the phone. They had the audacity to question my mum as a mother on the phone and why she hadn’t rang in earlier and said how she would have handled it if it was her daughter.
