Neither good nor poor | Getting appointments in time is difficult | Facilitate to see the doctor you prefer. Appointment can be booked at reception. Appointments should be able to book anytime of the day not just 8:00am of day | January 17, 2024 at 12:36 pm |

Very poor | As always, Spinney Hill Medical Centre is always poor, I can never see this surgery getting any better, I strongly believe receptionists are trained to be rude, the service provided is absolutely poor, am really surprised their had not been an investigation into this place. | Improve your overall service, why have you created an App of we cannot book any appointments! It does not make sense! | January 17, 2024 at 12:34 pm |
Very poor | All receptionist need to be sacked! Honestly their attitude and behaviour is a danger to peoples lives!!!! | January 17, 2024 at 12:33 pm | |
Poor | I have had a number ongoing health issues for going over a year now. I am surprised in that time no specialist referrals has been made nor have the root cause of the issues been identified. With one of my health issues it just seems the symptom is being treated. Also yesterday I had a telephone appointment and I was asked to send photographs and this was insisted on even when I stated that it would be difficult to capture the issue in a photograph and I also suggested a face to face appointment which was declined. I was also meant to receive another call regarding an ongoing issue yesterday which I didn’t receive and my partner had to query this today. I am getting really frustrated with the GP surgery now, often times even overlooking making appointments because I am losing faith. | I think I have highlighted issues above and the solutions are obvious. Often times interactions with GP’s seem to be rushed. Like I highlighted the root cause appears to be ignored and treating the symptoms is favoured. | January 17, 2024 at 12:32 pm |
