Very poor | I work at the LRI on reception desk at an emergency department. I greet patient and make them feel welcome and smile showing respect and dignity, I came in for an flu jab on the 10.10.23. The nurse Shona Vohra made me feel little as if she was above everyone. Just because she works at a drs surgery means nothing to me. However she did not even attempt to have conversation about my welfare. I as not asked if I was okay with a needle. Just abrupt commands and no thank you or please (does this cost money) I have had flu jabs before and the experience was great but this time I am shocked and horrified with this attitude from your staff. Do they walk around being proud and think they are above everyone- they are not.
