Very poor	Too long waiting for requiring appointment during morning time and while I was waiting in the queue the line was cut off from surgery side today..	Need more faster and efficency and also prepare to listen patients problems.	March 1, 2024 at 10:30 am

Good	Experience with both Drs Shah & Amit Raj was to a good standard. Certain counter staff have a bad manner of dealing with patients.	Need to train certain counter & telephone answering staff how to deal with patients. Apart from early morning it’s very difficult to to contact the surgery at any other times, sometimes at least 30 minutes wait. This needs to be addressed urgently	March 1, 2024 at 10:27 am
