Very poor | When wanted appointments in morning they don’t give they say we don’t have and call tomorrow even if I call for my daughter they say that and she has athsma so they tell me to go to a out if hour hub even though I am single parent and don’t drive they expect me to go to out of hour hub rather then to our gp surgery that we are registered and see our own doctors then other out of hour hub and other doctors. | Give appointments in our own gp surgery then the out of hour hubs and instead of having short staff get all the part time doctors to do part time and all full time doctors to do full time in our own gp surgery and instead of sending us to a out of hours hub so late just say its an emergency then. | March 7, 2024 at 10:09 am |
Very poor | As a patient with lots of underlying conditions and health requirements, it often proves difficult to access the GP and get an appointment quickly. The waiting time for call backs is ridiculous. | Having looked at his profile on the system, patients with lots of medical should be getting urgent attention and therefore appointments should be more accessible depending on health conditions.
