Poor	First took me a while to get appointment Then my appointment was at 11.20am so the doctor took a patient in at 11.35 and then after he called me in after 12.00	First a call back service should not take more then hour A doctor should be able to deal with a couple of issues as its difficult to get appointment	March 7, 2024 at 11:43 am

Poor	I called on Monday morning 4/03/2024 at 8am. It was a long wait by then it was 8.45 and i got cut off. If i called back the reception would of said there’s no app. I find it’s getting difficult to actually see a doctor to have a face to face consultation. Yes we get to speak to the doctor but sometimes it would be nicecto actually see the doctor.		March 7, 2024 at 11:37 am
