Well it’s still pretty annoyin u hav kids I hav 3kids one autistic one send child n one n u except us to sit on the fone bang at 8am …. U shud b able to call the drs n get an application appointment at a reasonable time!
And reapeatin ur history 1000 times to diff drs u shud have one dr sooo knows ur history.!!!
Oh n waitin around knockin on the drs door afta 20mins cuz they are busy but are patients !

We don’t like to take drs time soooo they shud know also not to take patients times u have appointment for reason no point for appointment of U NOT GONA BE SEEN AT THAT TIME!!

Being sent to other surgeries/practices for a continued period of time that are further away due to renovation works

Emergency appointments to be offered both mornings and afternoons as was previously

Please one mistake of them to improve only 8:am they are picked up phone for appointment and very longtime they take for pick upping phone call.
They check blood or urine for colestrol or diabetic they are not giving reports properly to persons why?
When reports is bed then on they say otherwise they are not telling any thing so please kindly improve this mistake Thanks
