Neither good nor poor | Some staff are very rude and talk back to patients on the phone. Especially when they call you back to either make an appointment or give you advice from the doctor. Very poor | Very long waiting times, poor reception service, found them very lazy and unwilling to help. Surgery opens at 8am, was on the phone since 8am and waited for 44mins with no answer. Rang again and was told all appointments were booked and there’s no slot. How can that be? They also said that since I was not seriously ill they can’t check me, so should I just wait until I am seriously ill. I told them i was seriously ill and they said they can book an appointment but a minute ago said there were no appointments, so are they lying then?
