Neither good nor poor | My text messages for wrongly stating that my appt were at Doncaster Rd when infact were at St Saviours Rd during the refurbishments. I nearly missed one appt as a result. I think communications should be better overall.. | I think there should be an option for patients to receive regular newsletters (quartely) from the practice via email so we can be kept up todate with new intiatives E.g the women’s health hub, or the refurbishment at Doncaster Rd practice.
