Very poor | The staff are obtuse, unapologetic and outright rude. My parents are elderly with limited mobility and suffer a number of ailments. Your staff need to be trained on basic customer service and empathy. Poor | The nurse did her job properly but the facilities in the surgery were terrible the toilet didn’t have a lock no handle the light wasn’t working and the hand dryer wasn’t working | This refurbishment has been going on since January and still not finished not very good for patients when they can’t use the lift and toilets should be done ASAP! | September 5, 2024 at 3:30 pm |
